Hotel Policies
Because the health and welfare of our guests is the number one priority, hotels are currently providing modified breakfast offerings, Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking Policy:
Hotel is 100% smoke free
Check-In/Checkout:
Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m.
Checkout Time: noon
Reservation Terms:
- Rates do not include 12% tax
- Rates do not include a $5 per night resort fee.
- All reservations will be charged a deposit equivalent to one full night stay with all applicable taxes.
- Credit card used to make reservation must be valid for entire stay and is required at check in for verification.
- If booking on someone else’s behalf , please contact hotel to make necessary arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and/or modifications must be placed at least 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations placed on or after 48 hours will be subject to a first night penalty. No shows will be subject to a first night penalty.
For weekends and holidays, the cancellation policy is 7 days.
